Head of Digital Factory
DESCRIPTION OF DIGITAL LEAD ROLE
The Head of Group Digital Factory takes up responsibilities in the following areas:
Building the digital products (web and mobile) with strong user-centricity, with a priority on Wealth Management,
Organizing their implementation in cooperation with the business and tech teams, across geographies
Ensuring continuous improvement on the product portfolio,
Developing an agile and efficient organization of work.
The role is a creation: organisation design, team members recruitment and working processes set up will be part of the mission.
The purpose of the Digital Factory is to deliver new on-line services. It will enable RCO to mutualise digital skills, know-how, methodologies and relevant technological assets, and offer a consistent experience across countries. The factory will provide RCO entities with:
Jointly designed customer journeys and digital services
Transversal enablers:
Technical enablers: design system, security, testing, usage tracking, feedbacks collection, etc.
Customer experience frameworks: UX/ UI guidelines, user profiles, customer voice listening, agile methods, etc.
As well as an integrated operating model within the organization (interactions within teams, partners / contractors, delivery and roll-out methods…)
The Factory will involve existing RCO teams and IT assets.
As a first step, the Digital Factory will focus on the Wealth Management business, and deliver new services, complementary to local digital assets to serve all 3 geographies.
Responsibilities
Build the digital products:
Product vision and user journeys:
Drive the digital products vision and roadmaps with a priority on Wealth management (eg. authentication, communication with the bank, personalised contents…),
Insure digital products integration into a comprehensive journey for end-users (clients, relationship managers, others…).
Manage the prioritisation process in order to maximise the value delivered
Agile development monitoring:
End to end agile project management, from MVPs, testing and pilot phases to ‘at scale’ deployment,
Products’ owners / products’ managers (PO/PM) management and product backlog supervision,
Technical needs assessment and organisation with tech teams, planning and roadmap definition.
User Experience (UX/ UI): user requirements analysis, interface design (conception and graphic), build and set up the UX model for digital user experience (experience map, design system…)
Integrate new digital products in RCO existing environment:
Identify and organise an adapted technology environment for the new digital products developed (development standards, UAT platforms, infrastructure needs, etc.),
Determine the appropriate roll-out plan of each product along with Business lines and DevOps teams,
Organize products supervision.
Ensure continuous improvement on the product portfolio:
Monitor product usages and analyse key performance indicators,
Collect users feedbacks and client satisfaction,
Ensure continuous improvement,
Develop an agile and efficient organization of work:
Implement agile at scale, scrum methods, roles and practices,
Organize multi-skills teams to develop digital product,
Make sure to involve the right people and skills (business / users / Product owners / UX / tech), Involve business lines representatives as business owners,
Support audience optimisation and on-line visibility in coordination with the existing teams,
Bring new digital expertise and working methods into the Group (UX/ UI, PO, etc.)
Recruit a team, manage contractors and partners
Skills
Minimum of 10 years of digital product management in a digital environment (mobile, on line transactions, omnichannel digital journeys…)
Ability to drive a product vision with a strong user centricity, with a demonstrated experience to design and deploy efficient customer journeys
Demonstrated capability to lead and execute large scale, complex, and cross-functional work efforts across multiple disciplines and geographies
Experience in Agile ways of working and ability to lead several Agile squads
Strong knowledge of standards, technologies and providers ecosystem
Fluency in French and English
